Important Announcement (March 2009)

As many of you may or may not know and it is with my deep regret to tell you that Prof. Arysio Nunes dos Santos, Ph. D. passed away on September 09, 2005. To say the least his death was a great loss to his family, his friends, his colleagues, to me, and all those who have supported his work over the past 30 years or so of his life with respect to the problem of Atlantis. Our sincere appreciation and thanks goes out to all those who have wrote us in past with regards to his passing and supported his work & theories.

Despite our great loss we are intending to honor his many decades of work on Atlantis by reactivating his Atlantis web site immediately and to carry on his work. In so doing I have set up a corporation (ATLANTIS PUBLICATIONS, INC.) and will be making his book (Atlantis - The Lost Continent Finally Found {The Definitive Localization of Plato's Lost Civilization} available on Amazon.com this month of March to start with and later on in bookstores throughout the United States of America (U.S.A.) and then with luck the rest of the world. The list cost for the soft cover version will be lowered from former US$27 price to just US$22.99 in honor of his memory.

As Prof. Santos' former business agent and understudy and now President of ATLANTIS PUBLICATIONS, INC. I also intend with the help of his son Bernardo Santos (our webmaster, technical Director & Vice President) to carry on his work to the public by continuing on his research, by speaking at conferences & seminars, doing interviews on radio & television, doing bookstore lectures & signings and possibly documentaries. First, I am looking to do so first in the U.S.A. and then in Canada and later on to the rest of the world. It will be a big undertaking, but I will be doing so because I think it will be truly worth it in honoring the dedication of Prof. Santos' work and memory.

To let you all know Prof. Santos told me many times before his death, that his seminal discovery of the real true location of Atlantis and the writing of his book regarding his remarkable findings is his "Gift to the World"! Thank you all…
